YUK and Crap
Well, I had to come home early and miss the fancy stunt show. Got a fully loaded sick family. Nothing sucks like helping the kids puke. It is not a fun thing. But, over night, I think Sean is getting better and Jake slept well, so that is good.

I hope Tash feels better soon, today is the OFFICIAL first day of scheduled marathon training for her. That is exciting for me (hope for her too).
