Well, training for both Ryan and I is in full swing. I am doing a spin class MW at 6am and then running TTH and either Fri or Sat off depending on our longer runs. Ryan has been able to do most of his workouts on his way to work or during lunch. So, so far so good with the double training.

The double fundraising is proving to be hard, but we knew it would be. We have to get Ryan to $1000 by July 1. That is our goal right now. We know that times are financially tough, but even if you can contribute $10 or $20 it would help us so much in our fundraising efforts! We're thinking about putting together a poker tournament to raise money. I know zero about poker so I'll be looking to Lori for pointers!

Wow, what a weekend. The trifecta if you will. Yesterday, June 15 was our wedding anniversary, #1's birthday and Father's Day! (We know this comes around every 5 or 7 years depending on the leap year but Lord, it just sneaks up on us!)

We had a great pirate party on Saturday for #1. Thankfully the weather held out and we had a beautiful mid-day for the kiddos. More thunderstorms hit late afternoon.

We celebrated Father's Day by just all being together, very low key. Ryan and I both got long runs in and then we went for a bike ride together. Our anniversary, well we have a "date" booked on the 28th so we are both looking forward to that!
